Which version of vsftpd plugin are you using? Recently updated ajenti-v-vsftpd 0.2.2 adds a fix that helps most users with login problems.

Most probably, you didn't wait for your zone changes to propagate, and now it completed itself :)

If you want to use Ajenti V's mail capabilities, you only need to add one MX entry pointing to your server's IP.
Optionally, you can copy-paste DKIM, SPF and DMARC entries from the mail section of Ajenti if you want to have those active.

Please check whether vsftpd is running with a) service vsftpd status and b) ps aux | grep vsftpd

It just means that your package lists are out of sync

That should be sufficient. Are you sure that DNS propagation timeout has already passed? Also please post both domain names and either screenshot of your website domains tab or /etc/ajenti/vh.json file.
