As for Wordpress, you only need to drop wordpress files into your website path (or use auto-downloader) and add one Content entry of type "PHP". Then click "Save" and that should be it.
On FTP tab, you can find access credentials for this website (you need to have ajenti-v-ftp-vsftpd package installed)
Hi Manuel,

You have installed Ajenti V addon pack (which provides Websites panel section). However if you are using Ajenti V, you can't and shouldn't make manual changes to nginx configuration files. That's why "NGINX" section was automatically hidden.
You can either remove package ajenti-v, or continue to use Ajenti V ("Websites" section) to manage your web configuration.
Let me know if I can help you further!

Are you trying to perform an operation on 'mysql' system database? Could it be that username doesn't have required GRANTs for that on server?

Partly completed in the next build with widget permissions

If you expand the plugin list item, you can see exact list of dependencies and which application binaries are required. Then you can check if each one is accessible by running `which <app name>`
