Либо можно просто в кронтабе написать 04 11 * * * sh /sbackup.sh

Are you running under some virtualization container? SELinux? How come that root can't chmod a file?

What is your browser/nginx/PHP error exactly? "it shows no link" is not a valid terminology in the context you gave.

Check that you followed the configuration steps exactly. Check the NGINX and PHP-FPM logs if you receive errors from any of them. Check connectivity between you and server if you can't access the webserver. Check the status of relevant services. Check the configuration checks list on the main Websites section in Ajenti.

Manipulating services requires root permissions. Use sudo.
