Скорее всего у вас в терминале dash запущен. Попробуйте прямо оттуда bash запустить. Если поможет - установите его как default shell в Configure > Plugins > Terminal.

Unfortunately Fedora is not a supported distro. You can however install Ajenti through pip: http://support.ajenti.org/topic/349871-faq/

Fixed; re-run yum clean metadata and then yum install ajenti

You need to install ajenti-v-ruby-puma package. It also looks like you're using Bundler, but Bundler is only supported with Puma server (not Unicorn).

Run yum clean all and try again.
