Are you using Ajenti behind a reverse proxy or directly? Check the status of requests to /ajenti:static/resources/... in your browser console.

Your apt-cache output indicates that you have already been using python-passlib from our repo. Or is that a different machine now? In that case, please post apt-cache policy python-passlib output for it.

But you're right, sp=r doesn't appear anywhere else. I'll remove it from the package, sp=p=quarantine, should be good enough.
