Can you check that nfsstat is really available please (which nfsstat)

You're right, the translators have screwed up few specially-formatted strings. I've fixed them and they will appear in the very next build.

but do you still see that it's missing a dependency(nfsstat)?

Could you please do following:

sudo service ajenti stop

sudo ajenti-panel

and check if the line like following is present

29.10.2013 15:47 WARN   *** [exports] skipping due to BinaryDependency (nfsstat)

You need to type 'which nfsstat'.

Also, did you first install nfs-common or ajenti? In case of latter, you need to restart Ajenti after installing dependent software.
