Thank you for testing! It was the problem with when forwarding doesn't exist, local delivery wasn't considered... update released!

It might be a better idea to just use the respective Munin plugin, since we already have all infrastructure to handle Munin graphs, including dashboard widget support
Go to the File Manager, and change owner of Wordpress directory to www-data (recursively). This will allow Wordpress to manage itself without FTP. If you want FTP access, install ajenti-v-pureftpd package and look for FTP tab in website settings.
Could you please zip all /etc/exim* directories together and mail them to e@ajenti.org?
So SMTP is working now? Can you please post complete block of exim log for this email (example: https://gist.github.com/Eugeny/cd5af6ee8f8162dd5c07)? I presume email@example.com is an existing configured mailbox in Ajenti V Mail?
Are you sure that 405 isn't coming from the PHP backend itself?
So is your network IPv6-enabled? Are you entering an IPv6 address or a domain that has an AAAA record as a SMTP server address?
I've uploaded an ajent-v-mail update which will enable IPv4 and IPv6 in Exim at once - please try.
You don't need to add "location {" again when adding to a Content (location actually) custom configuration - Ajenti V puts the custom configuration inside the location { }. You can always verify the generated file by hand (/etc/nginx/conf.d/<website>.conf)
